Loom Talent is recruiting a General Manager – Airside Operations for a client based in Bristol.
Our client is a global leader in Facilities and Logistics within the Airport sector. This is a permanent position leading 2 key contracts and offers excellent scope for further progression within the business.
In the role of General Manager – Airside Operations, you will provide leadership and performance management across the operation. You will drive a culture of performance excellence whilst maintaining a great relationship with the customer and engaging multiple departments including Facilities, Transport, Planning, HR & Customer Service. You will ensure that the operation achieves business objectives in the following key areas:
- Operational leadership
- Employee engagement
- Processes & Procedures
- People Management
- Health & Safety
- Reporting
We are looking to speak with candidates that meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience working within Logistics, Facilities Management, or a similar operational environment – Essential
- Experience within Aviation and an understanding of Airside operations – Essential
