This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a key operational site within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, driving performance across operations, service delivery and financial results.

The Role

As Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the site, ensuring delivery against operational, financial, and service KPIs. You will manage day-to-day operations, oversee budgets and lead a multi-shift workforce while ensuring full compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will also drive continuous improvement, develop high-performing teams, and work closely with commercial and support functions to support business objectives and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead site performance across operations, finance, and service delivery
  • Full responsibility for budgeting and P&L performance
  • Manage and develop multi-shift operational teams
  • Ensure strong customer service and contract delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency
  • Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and regulatory standards

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in a logistics, transport, or service-led environment
  • Strong background in P&L and operational leadership
  • Experience managing large, multi-shift teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to deliver operational improvement and change
  • Lean / continuous improvement experience (desirable)
