Loom Talent is partnering exclusively with a global leader in a world that brings together technology, sustainability and recycling. They are a well-known brand in Europe and are branching out into the UK and Ireland. They are looking for a HR Specialist to join them on an interim basis to set up the HR function in the UK and Ireland from scratch.
The business is on an exceptionally exciting growth trajectory and is looking for a HR Partner who is comfortable operating independently to establish the HR function for a company that plans to reach c200 employees in the UK within two years. The HR Specialist will be based out of the site in Warrington and will partner closely with the current Site Directors to ensure the leadership team is fit for purpose for the growth plans.
- Implement all HR policies, including upcoming changes and updates.
- Assist with recruitment of the pending senior leadership team and urgent hires.
- Set up all UK benefits, compensation and general business rewards.
- Implement all HR processes ensuring they are in line with company plans and are fit for purpose.
