Loom Talent are working exclusively with a logistics distribution and supply chain brand with sites across the Midlands. They are looking for a HR Business Partner - Projects to focus on strategic HR projects for their growing headcount. Due to the international exposure this role will have, they are ideally looking for a Chinese speaker; however, do still apply if you meet all the criteria as there is some flexibility with that.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR work streams for new site launches, including workforce planning, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and policy roll-out.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure people processes and culture are embedded from day one.
  • Review, design, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legislation and business strategy.
  • Ensure consistent application across multiple sites and up-skill managers.
  • Support the design and roll-out of performance management frameworks.
  • Track progress, outcomes, and risks of HR projects.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years at HR Business Partner level.
  • Previous experience working within logistics distribution and supply chain, ideally for a large or fast-growing organisation.
  • Experience working in a role where the main focus is strategic HR projects.
  • Ability to work from sites across the Midlands (Leicester, Birmingham, Cambridge, Bedford, Oxford).
