Loom Talent are currently supporting the UK branch of a global distribution organisation on the recruitment of an Interim Consultant to join them for a 12 week period.
This project is going to need someone who can act as a consultant between an outsourced partner and the wider business to ensure the way they do things is 'fit for purpose'.
This role will have a focus on -
Improving supplier governance and accountability
Building clearer ER data, reporting and insight
Reviewing outsourced vs hybrid vs in-house ER models
Delivering practical tools and guidance for managers and a plan for next steps
With the objective to strengthen supplier governance, improve insight and deliver clear recommendations on the future ER operating model.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have -
- Strong in-house ER leadership experience
- Experience managing outsourced ER providers
- Strong UK employment law knowledge
Experience in HR transformation, service redesign or large-scale ER programmes would be advantageous.
