Loom Talent are supporting a leading 3PL with the appointment of a Contract Manager for one of their long-standing customers in Hemel Hempstead. This commercial role will oversee both Transport and Warehouse Operations and will be responsible for the ongoing success and growth of the contract.
In the role of Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Build a relationship with the customer, securing contract renewals and ensuring business excellence.
- Ensure all KPI's, such as operational and financial targets are met as required.
- Engage, develop and motivate your team to ensure a positive workplace and drive colleague engagement.
- Work efficiently to tight deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction targets and service targets are adhered to.
- Ensure effective communication throughout the operation, communicating planned requirements providing information on performance, company news and procedures.
