We're supporting a large, multi-site organisation within the hospitality/retail sector as they look to optimise their people function and ensure it is fit for purpose.

As part of this journey, they're looking for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of complex employee relations, employment tribunals, policy and governance, allowing the wider Business Partnering team to focus on strategic culture, organisational development and business transformation.

This isn't a caretaker role.

You'll join at a pivotal time, working closely with the senior People leadership team to shape how employee relations, compliance and people governance support the future of the business.
