ER Specialist Permanent - Part time (28 hours/week) West Birmingham Hybrid working Loom Talent are currently working exclusively with a West Midlands manufacturing organisation who are looking for an ER Specialist to join them on a part time, permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, busy and proactive team and completely take charge of their ER function and processes You will head up the ER casework for a business of just under 500 employees, with additional support from the HR team of 6.
Not only that but you will look at the way they do things - understand the pain points and suitable improvements and ensure the function if fit for purpose.
