Role: Late Shift Warehouse FLMLocation: RotherhamSalary: £31000 to £35000Shift Pattern: Full-time – 14:30 – 23:00 Mon – Fri
We're working with a major name in the FMCG distribution space-high-volume, fast-paced, and built on solid operations. They're now looking for a Late Shift Warehouse FLM to take the reins on the warehouse floor and drive performance through people.
You'll be the glue between the senior leadership and frontline supervisors-keeping things moving, targets hit, and standards high. If you thrive in busy environments and know how to get the best out of a team, this one's for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading day-to-day ops-picking, packing, inventory, and despatch.
- Supporting and coaching Supervisors to lead their own teams.
- Tracking KPIs, improving processes, and making the numbers stack up.
- Driving lean thinking and continuous improvement.
- Keeping health & safety a top priority.
- Spotting potential and building succession.
Key Skills:
- 2+ years' leadership experience in a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain setting (Ideally as a Late Shift Warehouse FLM)
- Calm under pressure and confident on the floor.
- WMS and Microsoft Office know-how.
- Strong communicator, team builder, and problem solver.
- Automotive or high-volume product experience.
- Live within a commutable distance of Rotherham.
