Onsite everyday initially - then to 2-3 days after probation Loom Talent are partnering with a growing logistics business to recruit two Junior HR Business Partners to support key operational sites across the Midlands.

Supporting one of two busy distribution sites, you'll become a trusted partner to the Site General Manager and leadership team, providing hands-on HR support whilst helping to shape a positive, engaged and high-performing culture.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being visible within the business.
Rather than sitting behind a desk, you'll spend your time building relationships across the operation, coaching managers, supporting employees and delivering practical HR solutions that make a genuine difference.
