HR Operations Specialist Onsite - West Leicestershire (commutable from Leicester, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Coalville and Tamworth) c£40,000p. a. - £45,000p. a. + benefits Loom Talent are partnering exclusively with a business looking to recruit for a brand-new role based out of their site in West Leicestershire.

Responsible for all HR policies and update in line with employment law updates Management and delivery of the business HR operations HR process improvements business wide Management of ER case work - disciplinaries, grievance, absence etc Management of the entire employee life cycle from recruitment and engagement to offboarding.
