The Role:
We are partnering with a well-established e-commerce business that is investing in a new depot in Motherwell. With a strong track record of growth and a reputation for delivering reliable service to customers across the UK and internationally, the business is seeking a Site General Manager to lead this strategically important site.
This is a key leadership appointment, offering the opportunity to establish and manage a new operation, ensure the highest standards of service, and build a high-performing team. The successful candidate will play a central role in driving efficiency, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction within a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the Motherwell depot
- Ensure efficient stock management, accurate order processing, and smooth logistics operations
- Recruit, manage, and develop a capable, engaged team
