Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operational performance across a complex logistics environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive service, cost and quality improvements through effective performance management.
  • Lead, coach and develop operational teams to deliver best-in-class results.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, identifying trends and implementing improvement initiatives.
