Role: Warehouse Administrator
Shift: Monday to Friday, days.
Salary : Up to Β£30,000 per annum
Location: Thurmaston
Loom Talent Limited have exclusively partnered with a well-known Logistics and Production based business in the Thurmaston area.
Our client offers innovative solutions to a ranging client base including Retail, Packaging, FMCG and General Merchandise.
The Role:
Supporting the Warehouse Operational team, the Warehouse Administator will ensure the smooth and efficient administration of customer orders, stock movements and picking activities
Processing and Allocating Orders
Updating the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track and ensure data accuracy
Monitor real-time dashboards to ensure picking locations are fully replenished and aligned with the day's outbound delivery schedule.
Work closely with inbound, outbound and stock control teams, providing administrative support and ensuring any urgent requests or documentation are dealt with promptly.
Maintain accurate system records, ensuring stock movements, order information and warehouse transactions are updated correctly and in a timely manner
Ensure relevant warehouse documentation is completed accurately, supporting stock traceability and compliance with company and customer requirements.
Any other relevant Warehouse Administration tasks
The Candidate
Previous experience within Warehouse Administrator and support
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate system and stock records.
Confident using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with warehouse teams, customers and transport providers.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing deadlines.
Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment where priorities can change quickly.
Ability to travel to Thurmaston 5 days a week.
