Part Time HR Advisor in Leicester

HR Advisor 9 - 12 month FTC Part time + Hybrid working (1 day from home) £competitive + Car allowance + benefits Loom Talent are currently partnering with a fast-paced blue-collar organisation with head offices in Leicester. This role will sit are part of a team supporting the company depots for one of their busy business units. This role is a great mix of onsite operational support with the opportunity to travel on an ad hoc basis to support sites regionally. This is a part time position, working 24 hours a week over 3 days with one day working from home. The Role Manage and advise on ER cases having the confidence to coach managers on best practise and influence accordingly. Build strong relationships with managers to understand their specific HR needs and provide practical, commercially focused HR advice. Be the sole point of contact on site from a HR perspective, and comfortable answering queries. Be proactive and ensure policies and procedures are up to date and fit for purpose, especially with the recent legislation changes.
