Loom Talent are currently working exclusively with a UK based Legal firm looking for their first Talent Acquisition Specialist/In-House Recruiter to join their team.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business who have a plans for growth and are looking for someone to not only set up the TA function to prepare for that but work closely with the HR and TA team to ensure the right heads are in the right place.

The Role:

• Taking ownership of recruitment across the business, providing a dedicated resourcing solution to support ambitious growth plans.
• Working closely the HR team who partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements, manage vacancies and deliver an effective end-to-end recruitment process.
• Bringing a more proactive approach to talent attraction, building talent pipelines and engaging with potential candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
• Making better use of existing recruitment systems and tools to improve visibility, manage vacancies and create a more structured approach to recruitment.
• Developing relationships with candidates and building talent pools for future hiring needs, rather than relying solely on reactive recruitment.
• Providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the process, from initial engagement through to offer and onboarding.
• Working with stakeholders across the business to understand upcoming recruitment needs and ensure the right people are in place to support continued growth.
• Helping to shape how recruitment is delivered internally, bringing fresh ideas, improving processes and making an immediate impact.

They are looking for a very specific profile - but for the right person this will be a brilliant move. You can come from an agency or in-house background (or have a bit of both) and ideally will have worked within a legal firm or recruited within the legal industry to understand the roles and demands of the industry.
