Loom Talent are partnering exclusively to recruit for a HR Coordinator to join a busy team in the education sector. They are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR coordinator to join them on a FTC basis reporting in to the HR Director.
What you will be doing
- Coordinate all HR and administrative activities, providing support throughout the employee onboarding process
- Manage and monitor tickets, ensuring queries and actions are followed up and resolved efficiently
- Oversee workflows and identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Assist with the implementation of the new HRIS
What they are looking for
- Experience in a similar role
- Confident building relationships with key stakeholders
- Ideally qualified in or working towards CIPD
