Loom Talent is recruiting a Fulfilment Coordinator on behalf of a growing supply chain and logistics operation based in Bradford, working at the heart of their day-to-day warehousing and distribution activity. This is a site-based, office role within a small, close-knit team, requiring daily interaction with the warehousing team to keep fulfilment running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating day-to-day fulfilment activity from the office, working closely with the warehousing team to track stock, orders and dispatch.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting using MS Excel.
  • Acting as a point of contact for queries from warehouse colleagues (and customers where relevant), helping resolve issues quickly and keep things moving.
  • Supporting the smooth, efficient running of the consolidation centre as part of a small, friendly team.

What we're looking for:

  • Computer literate, with at minimum intermediate MS Excel skills.
  • A strong cultural fit for a small, collaborative, friendly team with a positive sense of humour.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment.
