Smart Repair Technician – Worcester Mercedes-Benz
Salary: Basic £33,000-£36,000 Bonus: Up to £6,000
Hours: (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Smart Repair Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high‑quality cosmetic repairs and providing a professional service directly at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out mobile SMART repairs including paintwork, minor body repairs, and cosmetic refinishing
- Preparing panels, sanding, masking, priming, and colour‑matching
- Delivering high‑quality paint finishes to manufacturer standards
- Managing your mobile van, equipment, and stock levels
- Ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in SMART repair or bodyshop paint
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Confident with modern paint systems, repair techniques, and colour matching
