Position Overview As a Wholesale Sales Advisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for our wholesale clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. From handling inquiries to coordinating orders, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for wholesale clients, providing prompt and professional assistance. Manage client orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery. Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, inventory, and sales to fulfill client needs. Provide expert advice on products and services tailored to client requirements. Handle client concerns or complaints, ensuring swift resolution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, pricing, and promotions. Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners to encourage repeat business.
