This role is essential to sourcing high-quality inventory for our sales operations while providing excellent service to sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and appraise used vehicles for purchase based on market trends, condition, and resale value.
- Negotiate purchase prices with sellers while ensuring profitability and fair deals for both parties.
- Research market trends and vehicle pricing to stay competitive and informed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual sellers, auction houses, and fleet companies.
- Accurately document purchase agreements and vehicle acquisition details.
- Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to ensure seamless integration of purchased vehicles.
Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive used car sourcing and purchasing is essential
- Proven track record as an experienced used car buyer.
- Strong industry contacts and network.
- Demonstrated ability to source and acquire profitable stock.
