Lookers – Stourbridge Mercedes-Benz is seeking a Used Car Sales Manager to lead an established showroom team in a premium automotive environment, driving sales and customer service excellence.
You will oversee the full sales process, coach staff, and report to the General Manager. A full UK driving licence is essential.
The package includes a basic £45,000–£50,000 with OTE up to £70,000, plus industry-leading benefits. Hours are 44 per week, Mon–Fri with some late finishes and weekend rota.
