About the role

Lookers Stoke is recruiting a Cosmetic Repair Technician to work within our state‑of‑the‑art bodyshop. You will repair damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications, develop skills in accident/cosmetic repair and be part of our high‑quality service team.

Working Hours: Monday‑Thursday 8 am‑5 pm, Friday 8 am‑4.30 pm. Potential up to £42,000 OTE.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out a variety of cosmetic repairs including stripping, refurbishing, and fitting parts to damaged vehicles.
  • Act as a multi‑skilled Smart Repair Technician, undertaking all aspects of repair as required.
  • Work effectively as part of a team of skilled Bodyshop Technicians.
  • Use PPE and adhere to health and safety requirements when carrying out repairs.
  • Adhere to manufacturer repair guidelines when carrying out repairs.
