- Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday and Saturday on a rota basis
- Salary: £29,257 – £30,000 DOE
- Contract: Permanent, full‑time

Being a Telesales Advisor at PartsPlus is a lively, varied and rewarding role. You’ll deliver great customer service and drive sales with the rest of your team at your local PartsPlus Centre. You will speak to customers daily, building relationships with the nation’s mechanics and automotive business owners who depend on you so they can get their customers safely back on the road. Reporting to the Telesales Supervisor, the Telesales Advisor is responsible for building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers by taking parts orders over the phone, by e‑mail and through our Customer App.
Key activities include:
- Accurately identifying parts for specific vehicles
- Providing expert advice on parts
- Fulfilling customer orders over the phone, e‑mail and Customer App
- Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Providing a high level of customer service
