Volvo Bishop Stortford
Hours: 0800 – 1700, Monday – Friday. Lunch Break: 1 Hour.
Salary: Up to £42k Including OTE
Lookers Volvo Bishop Stortford is recruiting a Vehicle Technician to join our workshop. You will work alongside experienced technicians, performing vehicle health checks using the latest technology, conducting services, and completing repairs.
We offer ongoing support, career progression, manufacturer accredited training, and hybrid & electric vehicle training to help you advance your career.
As a vital part of our Service team, you will deliver first-class customer service. We welcome qualified Vehicle Technicians or experienced Mechanics from dealer groups or independent garages to apply.
- Perform vehicle health checks with advanced technology
- Conduct MOTs following manufacturer guidelines and customer requests
- Complete authorized repairs
- Road test vehicles to ensure faults are fixed
- Maintain high-quality paperwork
The ideal candidate has workshop experience, is self-motivated, ambitious, eager to learn, and can work to high standards. A full UK driving license and NVQ Level 3 or equivalent are required. MOT license is a plus.
Experience with the brand is advantageous but not essential, as full brand training is provided.
