You will handle customer inquiries from initial contact to order, with dedicated account managers managing paperwork and vehicle delivery, allowing you to focus on selling. This innovative approach emphasizes your sales skills over administrative tasks. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills, building rapport with colleagues and customers. You will report to Peter Amos, General Sales Manager, who will support your professional development within the industry. Responsibilities Effectively communicate with customers via email, phone, and in person, creating a welcoming environment and understanding their needs to suggest suitable vehicles. Follow our sales process efficiently, compliantly, and consistently, in line with company policy. Negotiate final sale prices. Complete point-of-sale paperwork for each sale. Coordinate with Account Managers to ensure a seamless customer journey. Follow up with customers post-sale for renewals and building lasting relationships. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about their work. Meeting targets is essential, so ambition and diligence are required. Previous experience in a similar role and within the motor trade is preferred but not mandatory. A full UK driving license is required, as driving prestigious cars may be part of the role.
