OTE Overview Product and Sales Specialist – Polestar Location: The Trafford Centre, Manchester Type: Permanent, full-time Hours: 42.5 hours per week. Shifts are 8:50-5:30, 9:30-6:30, and 12:45-9:15. Sunday hours are 10:15-6:15, with a mixture of early, mid, and late shifts. Flexibility is available depending on business needs. Salary: £27,000 per annum + excellent benefits Lookers Manchester Polestar, based at the Trafford Shopping Centre, is recruiting an ambitious Product and Sales Specialist to join our friendly, dedicated team. You will collaborate with our passionate team to deliver a first-class customer service experience. We are Polestar: detail-obsessed, performance-focused, and committed to making the most advanced electric cars. We lead in the EV space and are building a new team of like-minded, friendly, and fun colleagues for our new space centre. Our comprehensive training includes personal training platforms, interactive webinars, and a buddy system, making it easy for candidates with no prior car knowledge to transition into the role. This role offers opportunities to gain additional skills in areas such as Marketing and Events, Business Development, or our used vehicle programme. Candidates with a background in Sales and Customer Service are preferred. A valid driver’s license is required. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers politely via email, phone, and in person Work with your team to meet sales targets and KPIs Act as a brand ambassador, providing an immersive, educational, and exciting experience to customers Ensure customers leave with memorable impressions Arrange and accompany test drives Complete necessary paperwork and processes Drive enquiry leads, build rapport, convert appointments into sales, and maximize all leads Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a dedication to excellent customer service, and a passion for the motor trade industry. Enthusiasm, drive, and motivation are essential for achieving excellent results. You should be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our vehicle range and guide customers through specifications. A full UK driving license is mandatory, as you may be driving some of the most prestigious cars on the market.
