We are on the hunt for a Parts Supervisor to come and join our exceptional team at BMW/MINI Stoke. Working closely with our team of Parts Advisors, you will be responsible for driving initiatives to achieve parts performance and service levels to our valuable Trade customers. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our Parts operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties
- Checking in stocks, invoicing and issuing them to our delivery drivers
- Cashing in Drivers
- Ensuring returns are up to date
- Answering calls from our trade customers and securing sales
- Providing excellent customer care
- Driving your team to achieve set goals and targets
- Conducting 1 to 1 meetings quarterly with your team
- Monthly reviews with the manufacturer
You will have previous experience gained in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication skills and practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you are able to work as part of a team as well as having the ability to work independently. You will be a people person with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
