Are you a Parts Advisor in search of a new challenge? You have arrived at the right place. Here at Newcastle Audi, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our Newcastle brand parts department.
Working alongside a friendly and hard-working team of parts advisors, you will be able to build relationships and manage our customer’s expectations. As a Parts Advisor, you will ensure that all customers in retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently, and that all orders are processed on the same day. You will be required to complete all administrative functions accurately and in a timely manner and log any stock discrepancies with the Parts Manager.
Responsibilities- Assist the Parts Manager with daily duties
- Complete vehicle health checks for the workshop
- Ensure all items are correctly located and maintain stock control
- Receive orders and ensure returns are up to date
- Answer calls from customers
- Provide excellent customer care
You should have previous experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication skills, and have practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you can work well as part of a team and independently. You will be a personable individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
