Position: Business Manager, Newcastle Volkswagen
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 44 hours on a rota basis (Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00, Sunday 11:00 - 15:00)
Salary: £55,000 OTE (including £35,000 basic plus bonus and Company Car)
Are you career-driven and motivated to coach and develop a team, build strong customer relationships, and maintain high standards of compliance and customer fairness? This role involves driving some impressive cars, so a full UK driving licence is required. Previous automotive experience is essential.
Responsibilities
- Support Sales Executives and coach the team to achieve business objectives
- Identify appropriate funding and insurance options for customers while maintaining compliance and fairness
- Understand financial and insurance product regulations to ensure accurate information during vehicle negotiations
- Monitor finance and insurance performance against expectations and maintain a compliant sales process
- Assist management in planning, forecasting trends, and revising dealership plans
- Acquire product knowledge to answer customer queries and log activity to monitor outcomes and provide feedback to management
Qualifications
- Previous automotive experience is essential
- Full UK driving licence required due to role responsibilities
