Specialising in new and used car sales, you will work alongside passionate colleagues to provide first-class customer service. You will report to the General Sales Manager, who will support your professional development and help you build a strong career in the industry. Key Responsibilities Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person Achieving sales targets and profit objectives, including finance and insurance products Arranging and accompanying test drives Completing mandatory paperwork and processes Driving leads for new and used car enquiries, building rapport to convert appointments into sales Embodying the brand and creating excitement around customers\' new car purchases Candidate Profile The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role within a luxury market retailer, possesses strong communication skills, and is dedicated to excellent customer service. Enthusiasm, drive, and motivation are essential for consistent success. Prior motor trade experience is preferred but not essential; we welcome new talent. A full UK driving license is required, as you may need to drive prestigious cars.
