Join Our Team as a IT Hardware Administrator

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service? We're looking for a Hardware Administrator to support our IT Asset Management function, ensuring company hardware and assets are accurately tracked, recovered, and managed throughout their lifecycle. Based in Liverpool, you'll play a key role in coordinating asset retrieval activities and maintaining high-quality asset records.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing asset retrieval activities and working through collection lists.
  • Contacting employees and stakeholders to arrange the return of IT equipment and company assets.
  • Creating and maintaining collection transactions within asset management systems.
  • Monitoring outstanding retrieval requests and proactively following up to ensure completion.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate asset records, including location and status changes.
  • Supporting the wider IT Asset Management team with administrative and reporting activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience within IT hardware, service management, asset management, or a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling records and transactions.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
