We are recruiting for a Broker Sales Support Advisor to help deliver a high-quality service to customers and broker partners. The role supports the Broker Sales Team across quoting, order progression, funding and delivery, ensuring all activity follows our processes and supports a compliant broker partnership.
What you will do:
- Vehicle quoting on the online Fleet dealer management system
- Load and maintain deal information for tracking and processing
- Respond to customer and broker queries accurately and on time
- Process finance agreements and liaise with funders on decisions and appeals
- Maintain digital deal packs and system records including Keyloop, Salesmaster and LPL
- Arrange vehicle deliveries efficiently and cost effectively
- Manage relationships with dealers, funders and delivery agents
- Manage debt and payouts to ensure prompt funder payment
- Provide MI reporting to the broker network
- Monitor market trends
