Accounts Assistant - Harrogate Leasing
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Contract Type: Full-time, 6 Month FTC
Salary: £27,300-£28,000, dependent on experience
Harrogate Leasing is a growing, customer-focused vehicle leasing company, and we're looking for a motivated Accounts Assistant to join our friendly finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-driven, and eager to develop their career within a supportive business.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase invoices and sales invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
- Assisting with credit control and customer account queries
- Preparing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting month-end processes and reporting
- General administrative duties to support the finance team
About you
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
