Lookers’ Hamilton Audi is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site. You will book MOTs and services, advise on warranty coverage, upsell parts, and liaise with the Aftersales department to schedule workloads, while managing a high daily customer flow and maintaining clear communication throughout the workshop process.
You should be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to explain technical information clearly, and capable of working effectively.
