Contract & Compensation

  • Contract Type: Full time, Permanent
  • Hours: 42 Hours weekly (Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, one early finish per week and Saturdays 8am to 2pm on a rota basis)
  • Salary: OTE up to £35,000 (uncapped) with basic of £29,000 per annum
  • Location: Glasgow Audi (Site)

Role Overview

We are recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site. As a Service Advisor, you will benefit from continuous training opportunities through our in‑house brand development and have the chance for progression within the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers
  • Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts / accessories that benefit the customer
  • Liaising with the full Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments based on workload and call volumes
  • Managing a high volume of customers daily, telephone calls and online booking queries
  • Informing customers of turnaround times and ensuring effective communication while a customer’s car is in the workshop
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the systems when any bookings are made

Qualifications & Skills

  • Energy, warm personality and passion for delivering first‑class customer experience
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport quickly, explain technical information clearly
  • Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP preferred, knowledge of other dealer systems valuable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using initiative
  • Experience in a similar automotive role and passion for cars
