We are looking for a people focused Administrator with a vibrant personality to join our hardworking team as Resourcing and HR Administrator. It's the ideal opportunity for a talented individual with a wealth of experience to advance their career with a market leading employer. Joining a great Resourcing and HR team (team of 5) you will assist with a range of employment related administration tasks, such as accurately entering personnel data into our HR systems, doing online background checks, and sending employment contracts.

You will ensure that candidates supply the necessary identification documents required to confirm an offer of employment. You'll play a critical role in supporting the wider HR team, managers, and employees with any HR administration related queries and processes.

Responsibilities:
  • You will assist with a range of employment related administration tasks
  • Accurately entering personnel data into our HR systems
  • Completing online background checks

You will have experience of a fast paced administration role and have excellent skills in Microsoft tools and applications. Previous HR experience would be beneficial but is not essential. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, with exceptional planning skills, and has a keen eye for detail. Due to the nature of the role, you must be able to act with discretion and confidentiality. You must be a genuine people person with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be confident speaking with candidates, employees, and managers over the telephone when required. You will be a true team player with a positive can-do attitude.
