Lookers Farnborough Audi is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to lead the Aftersales team in our state-of-the-art facility.
You will supervise technicians and apprentices, prioritise the daily workload and ensure service and repair work is completed to the highest standards.
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will drive customer satisfaction, uphold DVSA and OEM policies, and participate in brand-specific training to progress within the motor trade.
