A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a driven and talented leader to join our team as a Divisional Aftersales Development Director.

Your role will involve working with our divisional Aftersales teams to ensure that the Group Aftersales strategy is understood, communicated, implemented, and embedded with a key focus on great customer outcomes. You will also work closely alongside our divisional management as well as site management teams to drive divisional performance improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting performance reviews with the dealership management teams; focusing on key performance metrics, identifying actions plans when required
  • Sharing Mercedes-Benz\’s best practice, initiatives, and ideas with other divisions as well as internally within the brand
  • Assessing training and coaching requirements and facilitating necessary training where required
  • Working closely with provider partners to ensure the correct level of interaction required to achieve desired budgets and performance
  • Supporting the Service teams in understanding Lookers defined compliant service process within a core focus on great customer outcomes
  • Ensuring the business is focused on the right measures of efficiency, cost-control, productivity, and profitability of the aftersales departments as well as monitoring trends within the industry
  • Support in the growth of leaders of the future

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who has experience within a management position, has worked within the aftersales space of a fast-paced and proactive motor dealership.

We are on the hunt for someone who has exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities; where they can effectively build relationships and draw the best performance from their colleagues. In addition, someone who has proven track record of performance improvement.

Our Divisional Aftersales Development Director will be a real go-getter with a positive can-do attitude. As a representative of Lookers Mercedes-Benz, we are looking for someone who can act as trustworthy ambassador of the Mercedes-Benz brand values as well as support the Mercedes-Benz brand strategy.
