Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sunday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and professionalCUPRA Specialistto join our team in Stockport. This is an exciting opportunity to represent both theCUPRA and SEAT brands, engaging with customers and delivering an exceptional sales experience. You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through the entire buying journey, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover, ensuring their expectations are exceeded at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell bothCUPRA and SEATvehicles to new and existing customers.
  • Deliver an outstanding, customer-focused experience in line with brand standards.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales and performance targets.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the CUPRA and SEAT product ranges to support informed customer recommendations.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using the company CRM system.
  • Support the wider dealership team in achieving overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A strong customer-service ethos with a proactive and professional approach.
  • Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic) is essential.
  • Self-motivated with the drive to succeed and progress within the business.
