Overview

Ford Transit Centre, Colchester

Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

Salary: Uncapped Earning Potential!! (basic salary of £25,000 per annum, uncapped commission with OTE of £50,000 plus Company Car!)

Working hours: (44) Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, and Saturdays on rota, 09:00 to 17:00

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. This role allows you to utilise your Customer Service skills and provide exceptional experiences to our retail and business customers.

Previous automotive experience is preferred but not essential; all we ask is your willingness to learn the products inside and out. Full support and training will be provided, including access to Lookers sales process training from Day 1 and our Ford dealer portal for Brand training.

You will be the key contact for our customers, communicating via email, phone, and in person. Attention to detail and strong administration skills are essential for success. A full UK driving licence is required as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious vehicles on the market.

Our Commercial Sales Advisor roles are highly sought after, offering a flexible schedule that suits those with outside commitments, with the potential to earn an impressive OTE of £50,000 per year. If you want the opportunity to earn a high OTE without long hours, this role is ideal!
