Canterbury Mercedes-Benz, part of Lookers, is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site in Canterbury. This permanent, full-time role is 42 hours weekly, with an OTE up to £38,000 (basic £32,000).
You will book MOTs and services, advise on warranty, upsell parts, and coordinate with the Aftersales team to schedule work. Strong communication and customer service are essential.
