Contract Type: Permanent
Salary OTE up to £42,000 (Uncapped); £34,000 to £36,000 basic depending on qualifications, plus £3,000 Productivity Bonus and Time Saved Bonus Scheme
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm - Saturday on a rota basis.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a variety of cosmetic repairs including stripping, refurbishing and fitting parts to damaged vehicles
- Act as a multiskilled Cosmetic Repair Technician undertaking all aspects of repairs as required
- Work effectively as part of a team of skilled Bodyshop Technicians
- Full use of PPE and adherence to health and safety requirements when carrying out repairs
- Adhere to manufacturer repair guidelines when carrying out repairs
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Bodyshop/Cosmetic technician. You'll be self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn, while being able to work to the highest standards and also require a full UK driving license. Having previous experience of working with a brand would be advantageous, although not essential as supportive training can be provided.
