Lookers is recruiting an ambitious Aftersales Manager for our Braintree Ford and ORA operation.
You will lead the aftersales team, model customer service excellence and report to the General Manager, overseeing Service Advisors, Technicians and the Parts team.
This permanent, full-time role is 44 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm).
Salary is up to £70,000 OTE (basic up to £55,000 plus bonus).
You will drive performance, upsell targets and KPI monitoring to deliver outstanding service.
