Talent Specialist - 6 Months Fixed Term Contract

Hybrid Working | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE)

Are you passionate about connecting talented people with exciting opportunities? We have a fantastic new opening for a Talent Specialist to join our Internal Recruitment Team at Lookers initially on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.

  • You’ll have full autonomy to manage your own recruitment desk, working both from home and at our central Team Valley hub (3 days per week).

About the Role

As a Talent Specialist, you’ll play a key role in attracting and engaging top talent for Lookers. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders, building strong relationships and delivering a first‑class candidate experience. Your day‑to‑day will include:

  • Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a variety of roles
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
  • Creating and delivering innovative attraction campaigns, assessment centres, and networking events
  • Providing market insights, MI/data, and up‑to‑date trends to stakeholders
  • Building both short‑ and long‑term attraction plans for your divisions
  • Mapping out future resourcing needs and acting as the subject matter expert for all things talent attraction
