Brand Director – BMW & MINI
Location: UK based with Travel Required across sites
Lookers Motor Group Limited is seeking an exceptional Brand Director to lead our BMW and MINI division — a prestigious opportunity to shape the performance, culture, and strategic direction of two of the world’s most iconic automotive brands. This high‑profile role carries full responsibility for the operational and commercial success of our BMW/MINI sites across Stoke, Stafford, and Crewe, ensuring each location delivers outstanding customer experience, strong financial performance, and consistent brand excellence.
About the Role
As Brand Director, you will oversee a multi‑site operation, guiding leadership teams and ensuring each centre operates to the highest standards. You will be the driving force behind performance, culture, and customer satisfaction across all three locations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing management teams across Stoke, Stafford, and Crewe
- Ensuring each site delivers exceptional sales, aftersales, and profitability results
- Maintaining strong relationships with BMW Group UK and representing Lookers at a senior level
