- Carry out vehicle health checks using the latest technology.
- Conduct vehicle service in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests.
- Perform authorized additional repairs.
- Carry out warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines with completed write-up.
- Take the customer's vehicle on a road test to ensure faults are rectified.
- Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard.
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
- Motor industry experience (brand or non-brand).
- Full and valid UK driving licence.
- Self-motivated, supportive to team, ambitious, eager to learn, and able to maintain highest standards.
- Previous brand experience desirable but not essential; brand accreditation training provided.
- Diagnostic, MOT and EV experience desirable but not essential.
- Salary: OTE up to £41,230 (Uncapped); £34,000 basic plus £3,000 Productivity Bonus and uncapped Time Saved Bonus Scheme (dependent on level)
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, 1 Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm.
