Role Overview
Preston Volkswagen – Sales Manager (Permanent)
- Salary: Up to £70,000 OTE (basic £45,000‑£55,000 DOE plus bonus)
- Hours: 44 Hours – Mon to Fri 9:00‑18:00 (one late finish to 19:00 and a day off midweek), Sat 9:00‑17:00, Sun 11:00‑15:00 (rota basis)
As Sales Manager, you will act as a role model for customer service excellence for the team, always leading by example. You will develop long‑lasting, meaningful relationships with our customers and coach and motivate the team to do so too. You will report into the General Manager.
