What you’ll do:
- Managing the full sales journey — from online enquiry to handover
- Leading and developing your team through structured 1:1s, coaching and performance management
- Driving departmental targets and achieving brand KPIs
- Overseeing stock — buying, pricing and ensuring the right cars are on the pitch
- Ensuring FCA compliance across all sales activity
- Owning customer satisfaction and embedding a culture of service excellence
