Position Details:

  • Contract Type: Permanent, full time
  • Salary: OTE up to £50,000 per annum plus company car (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission)
  • Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 08:30 – 18:30, Saturday 09:00 – 17:00 & Sunday 11:00 – 15:00 (one day off in the week and weekends on rota basis)

Role Overview: Bishop Stortford Land Rover is recruiting an experienced Sales Executive to join our team on site. Specialising in new or used car sales, the role involves providing first‑class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
  • Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
  • Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
  • Negotiating the final price for the sale
  • Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
  • Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all customers

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, self‑motivated, ambitious and hard‑working.
  • Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential.
  • A full UK driving licence is required.
